I have an upcoming court date for a Trial Setting Conference. Do I need to file any documents prior to the TSC or is this court date specifically to set the date of the trial? Meaning, do I need to file any documents because certain aspects of the case may be heard at the TSC?

Astroworld 2004 full. It is a Family Law Case and the TSC is regarding a Trial for custody, divorce, support, etc. We actually had a Trial set and on calendar but the court removed it because many of the court rooms went dark. So once the court removed the Trial, I filed to re-set the Trial and was given a TSC (luckily, with the same Judge we have seen several times already).

Do I need to file anything in advance of the Trial Setting Conference? Your post does not indicate the type of case (civil, family law, probate). You also don't indicate whether or not there was a Case Management Conference previously held in the case. To be safe, you should probably file a Case Management Statement for the TSC.

If it's a TSC, you may need to file a case management statement, available at the california court's website under 'forms.'
