My external hard drive (USB 3.0) is detected as a USB flash drive in 'My Computer' and I can't access the device by using Window Explorer and from the command line. Before that happened, it installed its own driver called (NORELSYS 106X USB) automatically. I tried in another PC, but I still got the same result. Nothing was detected when I tried to connect the external hard drive in Linux (Ubuntu). When I checked in Disk Management, it shows as the below screenshots: Here is my Device Properties: Is there any way to recover my hard drive or my data?
